This page tells you how to make a deposit on your puppy and why we do deposit.

 Once you have talk with us and we have approved you as a great home for one of our bulldog pups. We will give you all the information you will need to make the deposit.

We take pay pal or local check (for deposit only) The deposit is $500.00 dollars and the rest is due when you pick up your puppy. If your puppy is being shipped to you the full amount must be paid two weeks before puppy is to leave. (I don't ship my pups very often unless your are taking them on the plane with you)  

A deposit must be made to hold a puppy. This tells us you are really ready for a puppy.

 And the next questions I am always asked? What if I changed my mind, well before you make a deposit with us you need to know you are ready because it is not fair to the puppy or us if you put a hold on a puppy and then change your mind.

 In the time you have taken many great homes could be gone. That is why our deposits are non-refundable.

 With that said if you make a deposit on a puppy and it does not pass it health check up, you do not lose your deposit it is put towards another puppy if all puppies are taken out of the litter it is put towards the next litter of puppies where you are put at the front of the list right behind myself and if used the stud dog owner.

If you can not for a good reason take your puppy when it is 8 weeks old. (and that is up to the breeder what is a good reason pretty much anything other then change of mind) it would be put towards another puppy. 

When you say you want the puppy the deposit must be made right away we can not hold a puppy without the deposit and with pay pal it is very safe way to make the deposit.

I have in the past put a hold without a deposit and waitted for the deposit only to have the family change their mind and not want the puppy  (which is fine I want everyone to be ready for their new puppy but I have told other families that the puppy was taken and by the time I have found out that the first family was not ready the other families have found another puppy.) This is not fair to myself or to the puppy because he or she now has to wait for a new family when it could have already had one.

That is why we take a deposit and why it is non-refundable.

The only way you would not get something from your deposit is if you do not want a puppy at all. 

 If you have good reason to why you can not take your puppy then it is put towards another puppy or if the puppy did not pass its health check up it is put towards another puppy so really the only reason not to get anything from your deposit is if you just change your mind and don't want a puppy.

We hope you can understand why we need the deposit to hold a puppy.

And why without the deposit we can not hold the puppy.

You must remenber that their will always be the perfect puppy for you when you are  ready for one. You should never feel like you are being push into it.  That is not why I have made this page.  This page is to help you understand why we do deposit to hold a puppy and why we can not hold one with out it. This is the part no breeder like but has to do for the good of everyone.
